From a small workshop in the Rusland Valley in the English Lake District, I make greenwood Chairs, Bowls, Spoons, Stools and Furniture from locally sourced wood, using traditional methods with traditional hand tools.

Large Bowls, Dishes, Porringers
Hand carved using traditional hand tools from, Oak, Ash, Birch, Cherry and Sycamore. All the wood is sustainably sourced locally from the Rusland Valley, Leven Valley and surrounding area, always aiming to maintain the beauty of the natural wood, enhancing the grain.
Hand Carved Spoons
Hand carved from Oak, Ash, and Beech, locally sourced from the Local valleys, all spoons are finished with our own Organic Beeswax. Designed to be used and loved, from stir frying to serving. Message to find out what we have in at the moment!
Elmlath Stick Chair
The Elmlath Stick Chair, high back, low, back, Childs Stick Chair, and ones without arms, made from Oak, Ash and Beech. It's also possible to fit the height to you. All finished with our Workshop recipe Traditional Beeswax, we have some in the workshop and can also make to order.
Elmlath Bowls
I make bowls out of Oak, Ash, Cherry, Birch and Sycamore. All hand carved using traditional hand tools, the wood dictates the shape, texture and finish as it dries.
